This is a selected chunk of the whole painting - which is almost finished.
The painting is of the view looking west toward the Washington Monument from the plaza across the street from the front steps of the US Capitol building. It is the day after tomorrow.
This chunk was used on the 2002/2003 card which was the third card we produced in concert with our friends at In to Ink in San Diego using their patented, dual-sided, translucent stock, printing technology.
