out gate one
There is more to the story than I will put here just now. Gate one is one of the five gates on my parents property in Maple Valley. When venturing into the woods or to the veggie garden, it was customary to announce out which gate one was heading.
This past year two men who were close to me died. One was my dad, Bill Bredehoft who lived a long, good life. The other was my life-long friend Gary Taylor who also lived a good life, just not as long as one would hope. This painting was done for them...
